Thank you, Ian! He shows a muted surprise, which is interesting. It’s not a full expression. And its genuine, I think. And there is no fear here, which is fascinating. I wonder if knowing the spider is not near him physically muted the reactions and the emotional displays.

Very off topic, but I just wondered something: The UK has a referendum at the moment on whether to stay in the EU or leave, and the amount of scaremongering and incorrect statistics on both sides has been a little bit ridiculous. It made me think – do elections in America get a little more interesting when you can see who is lying and who isn’t?
