H.R. McMaster on 60 Minutes

If you didn’t catch the 60 Minutes segment with H.R. McMaster, Trump’s former national security advisor, this past weekend–I highly recommend you take time to watch it.

H.R. McMaster very open, honest, sincere and forthright with you about the threats against America right now. I think all Americans need to hear his message.

When you watch McMaster, you get a sense of his intelligence.

In the interview he says, “I think what Americans need today is we need– we need a discussion. A meaningful– a respectful discussion about these very serious challenges to our security, our prosperity, and our influence in the world.”

I couldn’t agree more.

He addresses topics such as China, Russia and Putin, as well as the Iraq and Afghan wars. He also talks about the Taliban and how they are today eons more advanced then they were on September 11, 2001.

He talks about climate change, and the pandemic as well. All things we all should hear. His messages are important. He demonstrates how leadership should behave.

It’s a shame he wasn’t able to stay in the White House longer to give more advice, but frankly as 48 Hours puts it, “McMaster would brief to the limits of Mr. Trump’s attention, then watch him shoot from the hip (source).”

I personally think Trump and others in the White House were threatened by a very accomplished man.

The sheer amount of people who have come out of the White House after working with Trump, and have told of stories of Trump that support what we see on the outside should be highly affirmative as to who is telling the truth here and who is not.

When one man points his finger at everyone who leaves and blames them, but all of them are pointing their finger back to him with very logical arguments — you know who the problem is

Stephanie Clifford, aka “Stormy Daniels” on 60 Minutes

Link to Full Video here.

In watching Stormy Daniels, aka Stephanie Clifford, on 60 Minutes last night one thing is clear to me: While she tells us statements that I believe are truthful, she is not consistent in what she says is motivating her.

Daniels wants you to believe she is upset about people talking about her, and she wants to set the record straight. And she also wants you to know she isn’t doing this for the money.

Do I believe either of those statements?

No, I do not.

When it comes to Daniels account of meeting Trump, and having sex with him, I do believe she had sex with Donald Trump, though I believe she fudges a bit on what happened between her and Donald Trump on their second meeting.

I don’t believe she just watch TV with Trump for four hours while nothing happened. Like with Bill Clinton, the caveat here is what Daniels would classify as “sexual relations” or sex.

When Daniels talks about being alone in the hotel room with Trump, I find her reasoning for having sex with him total nonsense and ridiculous:

Stormy Daniels: I realized exactly what I’d gotten myself into. And I was like, “Ugh, here we go.” (LAUGH) And I just felt like maybe– (LAUGH) it was sort of– I had it coming for making a bad decision for going to someone’s room alone and I just heard the voice in my head, “well, you put yourself in a bad situation and bad things happen, so you deserve this.”

Anderson Cooper: And you had sex with him.

Stormy Daniels: Yes.

Every woman knows that getting an invite to a hotel room to meet a man alone in the evening has a high chance the man is expecting sex—especially with a very powerful man with a reputation such as Trump.

Daniels wasn’t so naïve as to not realize this. To suggest so is flat out insulting.

Of course she went with her own expectations and a goal in mind—so if you are going to be honest, Daniels, admit it.

There is also a pattern of Daniels trying to get money. She’s tried and tried and tried.

First she agreed to take $15,000 in 2011 from In Touch magazine, but supposedly the money never came.

Then she took $130,000 from Michael Cohen, Trump’s attorney, on behalf of Trump, but the contract was never signed. Oops.

You wonder when Daniels discovered this?  Was it recently?  Another goldmine?

If she truly got great offers before, then why didn’t she take them between 2011 and the election? I mean she wouldn’t have had to sign a “hush agreement”, which didn’t benefit her at all. The only way I could see her great offers as being true is if she held out and held out for better ones and they never came. Oops, her mistake.

To me, it appears Daniels attorney, Michael Avenatti, is playing a game here. He is slowly building the stakes for Cohen and Trump. Little by little, Daniels is revealing more and more about what happened to the public, and I believe they are hoping before she reveals too much, Cohen and Trump will settle for another undisclosed amount.

Don’t believe me?

Watch Daniels on Jimmy Kimmel a few weeks ago. She taunts and teases the audience and Kimmel—letting her adversaries know she’s willing to talk, but she’s holding back for now.

That didn’t work.

So next she goes on CBS 60 Minutes with Anderson Cooper.

She reveals more: Will that work?

Watch her attorney speak since the 60 Minutes interview. He’s upping the stakes even more.

Why do you supposed that is, if it’s not for more money?

Frankly, I wouldn’t want to be in a room with either Trump or Daniels.  I would not trust either of them behind my back for a second.

My Thoughts on DNC Rigging Election for Clinton

When I watched the election process happening, I saw many things that I didn’t want to publicly write because I knew people wouldn’t be able to see what I was seeing  at the time, and it would have caused a huge out lash and uproar. But if you watched the election process closely, and listened to what people were saying and watched the behavior of crowds as they responded to Hilary Clinton, Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders, it was clear things were not as they were being represented to us.

All you had to do was watch the way the crowds responded to each candidate. It was notably different.  Their excitement, fervor, and roars were clearly louder with one candidate than all the others. The way crowds reacted to Bernie surpassed by a great distance the way crowds reacted to Clinton or to Trump by a long shot, and it was clear Trump had the smallest crowds every time.

I wasn’t invested in any of the candidates and it stood out like a sore thumb to me. And then to hear all the people predict the election and get it wrong, and for Trump to win–none of it made sense. It smelled rotten to me for a long, long time, but I never expected it to be this bad.

Do I think it was rigged?  Did I think it was rigged before the election? Absolutely. I didn’t believe Hilary was the DNC choice and I didn’t believe Trump was truly elected. Not for a day.

I’m glad Elizabeth Warren is speaking out and standing on what she believes! Bless her–she is supporting the truth!

So not only did we get screwed with Trump in the election and Russia, we all got screwed by Hilary Clinton and the DNC as well.

Our country is in serious trouble and until we can get back to some honesty and fairness, we are risking our democracy as we know it.

Who is truthful: Gold Star widow Myeshia Johnson or Trump?

I was flabbergasted when I saw a poll on MSNBC today that asked readers to share who they believed: Donald Trump or Gold Star widow Myeshia Johnson?

When I saw 36% of people in a poll response of over 248,770 votes believe Donald Trump, I had to take a minute and post.

I have watched Trump talk and I have watched Johnson talk, and there is no doubt who is being honest in my mind.

I do not believe Donald Trump at all and I absolutely believe Johnson without question.

Melania Trump’s Body Language

Here is an interesting video of Donald Trump and Melania after landing in Israel.

In the first clip, see if you catch their body language exchange.

What did you see?

It’s played in slow motion, if you missed it, a second time.

Many people are saying that Melanie swatted Trump’s hand away. The reality is, he reached half-way out for her to grab his hand. He didn’t reach for her hand. She tried to meet his hand half-way in the middle, but he already pulled his away in his typical insecure fashion, and what you see is Melania attempting to reach for him, but realizing he’s already pulled away–she makes that frustrated movement with her hand.

I don’t think these two have a great relationship, but I don’t think Melania is swatting Trump’s hand here as a rejection by itself. The one who rejects is Trump. He puts his hand out and then takes it away. Look at .29 seconds in. She extends her hand and he doesn’t grab it.
