What others are saying...
Thoughts of a
Homicide Investigator...(updated!!)
Several years ago, I met "Eyes for Lies" after she profiled one of my homicide
cases. At that time, the case had not been to court so I was not able to give
many details here.
That changed when
David Hawk was found guilty of killing his ex-wife, Debbie Hawk, for
financial gain. In California, that mandates a life without parole sentence.
Dave is now a resident of the state corrections system.
I would again like to say what a direct hit "Eyes" had for the facts in this
case. Her only source of information at that time was an interview she saw of
Dave Hawk on Dateline NBC regarding Debbie's disappearance. Debbie's body has
never been found.
I feel that someone with this natural gift is far better than anyone who has
training.
I've been in Law Enforcement for almost 30 years and would love to have met
"Eyes" when I was rookie. Her talent and ability to explain the minute details
she spots in deceptive people would have allowed me to put more bad guys in
jail.
If Eyes for Lies tells you someone is being deceptive, believe her!
Thanks again for all your help.
With great respect,

the interview that I have seen or heard...ANYWHERE. Very, very informative.

to me. Similar to my morning cup of coffee. I check in several times a day and
I love you. Please don't ever stop."

"I commend you on
your website/blog. I am a former polygraph examiner and been trained in
behavioral detection of deception...I wish they would kick Nancy Grace off TV
and put you on instead."

"I've
become addicted to this site. Now every time 48 Hrs Mystery, or 20/20, or the
news has something, I run here to check what you have to say about it!"

Congratulations, Eyes. It looks like you pegged this man [Dave Hawk] correctly
some time ago, when an FBI expert thought he was probably telling the truth.

"You nailed it. Have you ever been approached to appear
on MSNBC or CNN as a guest or analyst (because you have the goods, sister)."

"Another excellent
job of analysis. I always look forward to reading your thoughts and teaching me
how to look at these types of interviews with a critical eye and ear. I hope you
can teach a course or two on TV sometime, and make some real money from your
skills. They are very valuable."

Eyes, I have read
many blogs and none compare to yours. I come here everyday with the excitement
of a child to see if you have written anything since my last visit... Your
talent is unique and your passion is commendable...

"Thank you so
much for highlighting the Janet Christiansen Abaroa case. I was just so
thrilled to find such accurate expertise publicly discussing this case!
It has been out of the public eye for too long, and I feel your
contribution (opinion or not) has been earth-shattering. It's amazing, and
so precise, down to the micro expressions the rest of us miss, that is,
until you point them out.
I state that your comments are "earth-shattering" based on mine and
my father's reaction. After coming across your site, I was ecstatic to
share it with my dad, who had been in Law Enforcement for over 20 years. We
went through the (Raven’s) interview footage together, reading everything
you had to say, and watching his interview, studying your notes as we went
along. My father is a huge cynic (of course, due to his previous
profession), but I will tell you his jaw was on the floor as he watched and
read what you had to say. He was in complete awe at what you were able to
pin-point…things he had missed himself. My parents want me to thank you for
them. We are all so grateful you took an interest in this case.
You have a gift; a high purpose in this world. You are helping so many with
your innate ability, and giving piece of mind to victims in that there will
be justice. Thank you so much for the ray of hope you offer. Please never
cease to offer and share your knowledge/gift with us." --

"You got another one. Adam Saleh
was found guilty today on all counts but the most serious aggravated murder

"I worked with Melanie
(McGuire) every day for 6 years and knew her pretty well, and your take on her
personality and ability to manipulate people is right on.
I was amazed when I read your comments and opinions on the interview, you really
are one hundred percent right in everything you said. She was never an honest
person, and never someone I would trust. She manipulates and lies to get her way
and there is no doubt in my mind that she is guilty." --Anonymous

"I found your site
when looking for real life lie detectors mostly due to the show Lie to
Me...
However, that show doesn't hold a candle to your website - as I just told
my husband, it's endlessly fascinating... I can't imagine having your ability and
the way you write about the ups and downs really connects with me and I think
with humanity in general. Thanks for being so honest on your site - I can't wait
to see what you have to say next."

"I find your website; fascinating. Your intuition;
mind-blowing. More
importantly, you are a real.
Seriously, I don't think you realize the potential of your skills: It is
clearly not limited to truth detection, but there is abundance of social
intelligence too. IMHO, you can be greatest saleswoman, negotiator, people
person if you are motivated and put ur mind into it."

"I stumbled on
your blog today and I've had an epiphany of my situation. 14 years of lies and
yes I've let my emotions and my sole hope for change to continue living in
deception. No more. Thanks for the insight."
