Who to believe: Abdul or Clark?

Did you see the Primetime Live special last night?

I caught the last 20 minutes of it live, and then watched the beginning later on.

I definitively believe Abdul did help out Clark as he says — coaching him, giving him clothes, giving him a cell phone, haircut, CDs, etc. I have no doubt about that.

I think Abdul saw a little “Michael Jackson/Prince” combo in Clark and she wanted to give him a big break.

But when I tuned into Clark stating he had a sexual relationship with Abdul, I doubted him. I didn’t believe him. It’s just a gut instinct. Actually, upon thinking about it, I can tell you why I feel he is lying. When he talked about their “sexual affair”, his smile was not right. It spoke volumes about what he was saying. It was a deceptive smile, not a genuine smile or a egotistical male “I conquered” smile.

When American Idol let Clark go, I can tell you I believe they knew something was up between Abdul and Clark — and they fudged the reason about why they let him go. It had everything to do with Paula Abdul and nothing to do with Clark’s misdemeanor arrest. Why would they be searching for this so late into the season?

Also, Fox has now approached Clark and asked for his cooperation to help investigate his “claims” yet ironically Clark has decided not to help Fox. Why would that be? He says it’s because they didn’t help him so why should he help them? That’s a lame excuse!

Clark is trying to sell a book here!

So, I believe both Clark and Abdul are BOTH lying — and not telling the “whole” truth.
