Rob Ford: Honest or not?

The first thing I notice with Rob Ford is his demeanor. If people are accusing you of doing something that could ruin your career that you did not do, you are not flippant, arrogant or cocky.

Ford says to the media, “As for a video, I cannot comment on a video that I have never seen or does not exist.”

This one jumps at me like a beacon in the night.  If you didn’t smoke crack cocaine, you would say unequivocally, “There is no video!  Period.”  But Rob seems to entertain it is a possibility by what he says that a video does exist.  He cannot comment on the video because he hasn’t seen it?  Or that it may not exist?  Really?

He continues, “I have been judged by the media without any evidence.”

This is fascinating because evidence would have no bearing if he knew he was telling the truth. He would say there is no evidence, plain and simple. There is no video. Period. But Ford cannot say that.  Did you notice?  It’s so telling.

Gawker may have raised the money to buy the video, but if someone, “eh-hmm”, offered the video owner more money than the $200K, what do you think will happen to that video?

Yes, it will disappear.

I do not believe Rob Ford.
