Powells Get Confrontational

Steven Powell shows his true colors when his daughter-in-law’s family brings the search for their daughter to Washington, where Josh is currently living.  The response by Josh and his dad, Steven Powell, clearly does not level with family who is concerned for Susan.  They are much more concerned about themselves, without question.  These two men don’t act like victims, and what that suggests is horrifying…

I commend the Cox family for putting pressure on the Powells.  Susan needs to come home and they need to cooperate with investigators.

Josh Powell Works to Stop Smile in Interview

Josh Powell hasn’t spoken out about his missing wife, Susan, in a long time, but he did speak out  to MSNBC recently regarding a credible lead in the search for his missing wife.  Investigators are now searching new areas in hopes of finding Susan’s remains.  She went missing in 2009.  Josh was the last person to see her alive.

I find Josh’s behavior in this interview peculiar.  He is clearly fighting back a smile as he talks — the entire time.  What on earth is so funny?

It makes me question:  Does he know the new lead is bogus??

As he works hard to keep the corners of his mouth down, he says, “Luckily, the police have a credible lead. I can’t say it hasn’t crossed my mind that this will be vindication, as well.”

How ironic that the vindication is his SECOND THOUGHT?!

Josh has never participated in any searches for his wife, ironically.

I do not believe Josh Powell and haven’t from day one.

The Facebook Detectives

Oops. CBS Video put up the wrong link to the TV show. Click here instead.

Many people questioned Sherry Henry in this video, and I don’t think it takes any special abilities to spot that her behavior is off.  Sherry doesn’t display normal emotions or concern for her missing lover. She doesn’t answer questions, which if she was honest, she would have no reason not to.  There are several other clues.  What do you see?

I think the Facebook detectives have done a fabulous job! Keep up the great work ladies, and in time, you will unearth the truth. I have no doubt about it.  You are on the right path, if you want my opinion.

Gary Walters’ Wife Janet is Missing

Janet Walters went missing on April 14 and hasn’t been since.  Her husband, Gary, has offered up $10,000 of his own money with hopes it might help someone find her.

He speaks in an interview on 6 News in Indiana.  Gary is so refreshing because I believe that he is being honest and is a good example of honesty.  His words flow, his emotions match what he is saying and they are consistent.  He speaks positively of his wife.  However, the story he tells is painful.  I am worried that his wife either met with foul play after she left the house or chose to check out without telling anyone.

Two days before Walters disappeared, she got a devastating diagnosis, and did talk about taking her own life.  She left home in a 2004 green Toyota Sienna with Indiana license plate #GZ7587 and VA parking stickers in the front and back windows.

What a painful story for this family. My heart goes out to them.
