Fraudsters Think Too Much

Cash Card Fraud

Here is an interesting article on research, insurance fraud and liars.

The expert in detecting deception says her research has shown that liars make extensive plans before they lie, but that truth-tellers do not plan their story.

She explained that because liars need to think about their plan when being questioned, this puts a large load on their brain which in turn affects their behaviour.

The article goes on to say that people believe when they tell the truth it will come shining through, but it doesn’t sadly. Do I know that one LOL!

Brad Womack and Ellen DeGeneres

I was shocked to hear that Brad Womack is coming back for another shot at The Bachelor! Were you? I do like to watch this show because I get to see real people in stressful situations. That’s always lots of fun for me 🙂

Brad is honest when he says that he was a total commitment phobic on his first round of The Bachelor. He was also a player and he played himself into a lonely world rejecting two women at the end of the show. Has Brad accept that reality, too? I’m not so sure. Brad loves female attention and Brad also loves himself.

I think Brad is putting himself back out there because he does want a relationship and he thinks the added pressure will make it work. Frankly, ladies, I wouldn’t invest in him. His chances at a successful relationship are slim at this point.

If Brad told us how he had changed, instead of telling us how he defended himself for three years, I’d have more hope, but he didn’t. He just wants us to believe he changed, he believes he changes, but that doesn’t equal real change. I’m just not buying it.

I think we will see a stressed Womack potentially propose to save his soul in public, but that likely won’t equate to a successful Bachelor union, if you ask me. Then again, he is the type who might make the same mistake twice where his courage falters again. Wouldn’t that be interesting to see? I don’t predict behavior, but past behavior gives us a window into what the future could be.

BTW, if there is someone I love, it is Ellen. Didn’t you love how frank she was with Womack? Go Ellen!
