Dr. Phil: The Anthony’s Part 3

I watched part 3 of Dr. Phil interviewing George and Cindy Anthony yesterday, and it only confirmed my original thoughts on this case.

I do not believe George in any way molested his daughter. I agree with Cindy if he had done it, Casey would have brought it up long before the trial when it would have benefited her to keep her dad away. She also wouldn’t have relied as heavily as she did on George to babysit Caylee. I feel for George.

I also never believed that George had an affair with Krystal Holloway. What is so amazing is that both Krystal and Casey have track records of dishonesty, and its amazing people doubt George. He give zero indications of deception about these incidents.

Cindy seems to have convinced herself that she searched for chlorophyll, and I don’t buy that, but Cindy is superb at creating an alternate reality when she can’t accept the truth, sadly. It’s not surprising.

I always said from day one that I did not believe the Anthonys knew what their daughter did, and I still believe that today.

Here are some of my thoughts on this case:

George’s Alledged Mistress Krystal Holloway on the Stand

Krystal Holloway took the stand today and told the people in the courtroom that she had an intimate relationship affair with George Anthony and that George said about Caylee’s death, “It was an accident…that snowballed out of control.”  If these are true, of course, it is good for the defense.  Unfortunately, I do not believe either of them.

I do not believe Krystal Holloway had any type of affair with George outside of a friendship nor do I believe that George told Krystal that what happened was an accident.  What  George did at the time, if you want my opinion, was speculate and Krystal actually confirms this for us.

Krystal isn’t a person where we look for emotions to give her away. Krystal’s untruths are uncovered by flat out inconsistencies in what she says.  One days she says one thing and the next she changes her story — the classic hallmark of a liar.  Honest people don’t do this, but Krystal does, and she does it again and again and again.  Sadly, Krystal’s own sister, Cecelia, even says she lies and Krystal told the Orange County Sheriff investigator that she has lied in the past herself.  Nothing supports Krystal’s story–not even her own words.

If Jose Baez could convince a jury that Krystal really did have an affair with George, he would have gone for it, but he couldn’t because he had no proof.

If we dissect the two things that Krystal wants us to believe, she has major inconsistencies with both.

With regard to the affair, she’s told two stories now.  The first time she told the Orange County Sheriff’s office she didn’t have an affair, and now she admits she did.  When asked why she didn’t tell the truth the first time, Krystal tells us she was afraid it would harm George, and she was embarrassed.  If that were true, she wouldn’t have sold her story a week later to the National Enquirer, would she?  It makes her story  ridiculous, but it shows motive on Krystal’s part–motive to change her story for money.  No credible source would take her story because it was nonsense and she knows it.

Look back at this video and watch Krystal deny she was motivated for money during that time she was working on the story with the National Enquirer.  Another inconsistency.  Whoops!  I called it back then, too.

And when it comes to what George said, Krystal wants us to believe as she testified today that George said,  “It was an accident…that snowballed out of control.”  However, the Orange County investigator in February 2010 asked Krystal precise questions and got to the truth.  George did not say those words–those are Krystal’s words.  She strangely can’t remember what he said verbatim.

Read here, on page 17, what the investigator at Orange County asks Krystal.  He says, “Did he say to you that Casey told him it was an accident?  Or is that something you just believed?”  Krystal responds, “He didn’t say, he um…like he knew it was an (inaudible — I suspect the word is accident).”

Sure, what parents whose grandchild is missing is going to assuming it was anything other than an accident?  People don’t assume their relatives are murderers, for Pete’s sake!  That makes sense and is the truth.  However, when pushed by that investigator, Krystal quickly goes back to claiming her story and says again, “He just said it was an accident that went wrong.”

You can’t have it both ways, Krystal.

I see nothing that makes Krystal even remotely credible in my eyes. She isn’t able to share word-for-word conversations with George about Caylee and her accident theory, she is not able to make solid credible statements or give any proof for anything she says. Instead, she talks out of both sides of her mouth and changes her story like a 2-year old changes clothing. And worse, her story about being romantically involved with George only changed when she talked to the National Enquirer and $4,000 were laid in front of her.  Hmmmm….

As I predicted, Krystal is a train wreck!

Did George Anthony have an affair?

George Anthony testified on the stand yesterday, and denied that he had an affair with Krystal Holloway (aka River Cruz). Was he honest or did he lie?

In my opinion, George was being honest. I believe him when he says that Krystal Holloway told him she had a brain tumor and was dying. Krystal Holloway is a self-admitted liar. She also sold a story to the National Enquirer, yet told reporters she was not speaking out to make money–clearly her behavior doesn’t match her words.

In her interview with the Orange County Sheriffs office, Krystal demonstrated a lot of hallmarks of people who are deceptive.

I’d trust George Anthony 1000 times over Krystal Holloway. Click here to read my thoughts on Krystal Holloway.

George’s Alledged Mistress Krystal Holloway: My Thoughts

George Anthony’s alleged mistress, Krystal Holloway, aka “River Cruz”, is quite an interesting person to analyze.  She was in the news in March 2010 when it was reported that she had an affair with George Anthony.  She and her twin sister, Cecelia, spoke out to the media.  You can watch Krystal here.  This video is full of hotspots by both Krystal and her sister, Cecelia, but Krystal didn’t talk about the affair with George. When I originally saw this, I did not believe the sisters story that they were unmotivated by money.

Krystal’s sister, Cecelia, says there is no money motive, and Krystal confirmed it, however, shortly after this, Nancy Grace broke the story that the sisters did do a story with the National Enquirer. Nancy held up the tabloid on her show. Clearly, the article in the Enquirer outed the sisters and it didn’t bode well that Krystal or her sister, are honest women.

Furthermore, I uncovered the transcript of when Krystal Holloway, aka River Cruz, talked to the Orange County Sheriff’s office about what she knew about George Anthony. Krystal talks about her relationship with George and what George supposedly told her about Caylee’s death.

The investigator says on page 10 asks Krystal, “Did you and George ever become romantically involved?”  Krystal says, “No, we didn’t.”  The investigator confirms this again to which Krystal reiterates the word, “No” a second time.

Krystal’s speech is loaded with a lot of false starts–sentence starts and stops that ultimately go another direction, and she doesn’t give solid statements. She doesn’t answer direct question asked of her and she rambles on about unrelated things–all hallmarks of a less than honest person.

When asked how it all started with George, she says, “… I don’t…I don’t even know how it started.”

She is not a credible person, if you ask me.  The defense would be insane to put her on the stand.  It would be a move of incredible desperation because if I were a prosecutor, I’d shred her to bits.

The investigator asked, “What can you tell me about it [the relationship between Krystal and George]?”

Krystal says, “Well, we would sit and talk for hours, you know, and I would feel bad, and he would tell me about, um, the baby. You know, and how he would sing and talk, you know, and things he would do.”

Krystal talked about how she would visit George’s house and how George thought his house was bugged, but when questioned about it directly, Krystal waffles.

The investigator says, “Did he [George] say the house was bugged, or why did you believe the house was bugged?”

Krystal says, “He didn’t outright say the house was bugged, but I kind of know from his conversation, you know like…”  Krystal stops talking at this point.

Krystal is very evasive in many of her answers. She hits me as someone who takes shreds of the truth and spins it to what she wants to the story to be.  I also wonder if she met the Anthonys on purpose–so she could “sell a story”.

When you look at what Krystal tells the investigators George supposedly said about what happened to Caylee, and that it was an accident–it’s fascinating.

The investigator asks Krystal, “Did he tell you what he thought happened to the child?” (page 16).

Krystal says, “Yeah.”

“What did he say?” asks the investigator.

Krystal says, “He said it was an accident…that went wrong, and it just snowballed. And he said you know how you tell a small lie?  And he just tried to cover it up and it just got really big and was just…it went out of control.”

If you notice, Krystal has no memory of a conversation, like, “George said to me that Casey had an accident, and she lied about it, and I’ve had to cover it up.”   She lacks honest memory recall–actual words spoken– as well as details about what was said specifically, like, “We were talking about Casey, when he said it was an accident and Casey’s lies have spiraled out of control.”  Both of which are big red flags.

The investigator says, “Did he explain it to you?  Did he give you more than that?”  Krystal says no.  Her answer is very suspect–much of what Krystal says is suspect.

But then I believe Krystal admits to the truth when she says, “He…he just said that ‘I really believe it was an accident.'”  That my dear friends is the truth!!

Why would George want to believe anything else at that point?

If you notice, Krystal has memory recall of actual words said and gives details here, which were missing before.  However, Krystal wants us to believe it was more than that–possibly for fame and fortune.  If you notice, she then finishes that statement with, “And it just went wrong and she tried to cover it up.”

The investigator says, “Did he say to you that Casey had told him it was an accident, or was this something you believed?”

Krystal proves my point when she responds. She says, “He didn’t say that.” [Page 17] Yet she rambles on again trying to convince the investigator.

The woman is clearly not trustworthy!  She shows many hallmarks of a liar and I suspect an opportunist, and Krystal even tells us herself that she is a liar.  On page 19, she says, “I mean, I’ve lied. I’ve done my fair share of things in life that I am not proud of.”

Is this another Krystal?

If Krystal takes the stand, she will be fun to dissect without a doubt, but in my opinion she will be an absolute train wreck.

BTW, Krystal has an arrest record for theft and burglary as well.

I rest my case.
