Kris and Caitlyn (Bruce) Jenner

For those of you who know me and follow me, I am not one who follows celebrities. It’s just not my thing. I really know very little about the Kris, the Kardashians or even Caitlyn (Bruce) Jenner.

But reading the headlines today, I was taken back by what Caitlyn says.

I don’t believe her at all. I see flags which are indicative we are not getting the truth and it seems there is bitterness here.  Not a good way to start a new life.

Kris is having a hard time accepting things, and understandably so. I believe Kris that Bruce suffered from a lot of social anxiety prior to coming out and Bruce himself even says he recently had a panic attack back in March.

Okay. I went back and read the story/link. Yes, I agree there is a lot more to this story that we’re not being told.

He loved the spotlight athletics gave him, married into a family of spotlight hoggers, and needed attention. He said he immediately had “buyers regret” after surgery. I’m sad for him and his family. I hope he finds the happiness he’s searching for. It’s not an easy row to hoe.

Thank you! I was beginning to wonder about my feelings regarding this. I don’t follow celebs either, but something with this is so not right.

He has known for years what he wanted to do, even prior to marrying Kris. I am not a Kardashian fan, but my sympathy goes out to Kris. There is no way she set out to marry a man that would later divorce her, leave her single again, and then go decide to be who he says he REALLY is (…and has known from a very early age.) The dude formerly known as Bruce is lucky Kris doesn’t sue him for fraud. He has known what was inside of him and what he wanted to do and he married how many women anyway? There is no excuse for him dumping his issues on multiple women/people like he has. He has wreaked havoc in the hearts of at least three women unnecessarily. A lifelong commitment to be anyone’s male husband was fraudulent from before he was ever married. He admitted to TONS of foreknowledge in his interview with Sawyer. If he was in possession of consideration for others, he could have chosen to spare others from his destructive relationship style. Fine, I can turn a blind eye to one marriage in the understanding that none of us can understand life, ourselves, it’s facets, etc. when we are young. After that? No. He is totally self centered. Oh, and sorry Bruce, no one gets to have surgery, pick another name, pick another gender, and then suddenly become non-accountable for years of (self admitted) crappy past behaviors towards and against others. None of us get to escape ourselves. Nice try.

According to Catilyn’s Wikipedia page, she has not had the gender reassignment surgery yet. If she did, and that came out in a recent interview, please let me know.

Not necessarily. She could be bisexual. In any case, do we really have to label her? Isn’t up to her to do that if she chooses?

I wonder if the panic attack was before or after his wreck, where a woman was killed? This is all over the networks, but I haven’t followed it. He waited awfully late in life to do something this drastic. I hope cashing in on the attention he is getting isn’t part of the motive. I don’t know what to think about all of this except he seems to be very sad. I have been curious if he became such a famous athlete trying to overcome his feminine feelings. He may have become driven to be better than the other men, if he felt inferior. I do feel sorry for anyone who marries a confused person, and I feel sorry for Bruce, because he is so sad.

    • Eyes for Lies
      Eyes for Lies says:

His panic attack was after the car crash, supposedly after plastic surgery to look more feminine and he says the latter is what caused his attack. You could tell from his interview with Diane Sawyer, he was very worried about how he would look and wanted to control his debut to the 9s. It was intense for him to have it be perfect.

If Bruce’s publicity helps anyone in a similar situation then I’m all for it. I can’t imagine the heartbreak of losing someone you love because they feel different & are abused for it. I’ve never watched their tv show so mayb e he always comes across bitter? I do get the feeling that there is much more going on from the interview I watched. It was as if you kept waiting for him, or her to say what he really thought n he/she never did. I did notice that whenever as Caitlyn she talked about Bruce, she seemed to put him down. I found myself wanting to defend Bruce. Did anyone else notice that? No matter what, you can’t take away the incredible achievement of the Olympics. That took drive! 🙂

I am all for his coming out and helping people, too. Absolutely! But its sad he can’t enjoy it and he has to attack someone. I haven’t watched his show either, but his statement in the article above is inconsistent and I found it sad.

I think Bruce Jenner is profoundly mentally ill (spare me the attacks of my so-called “politically incorrect” view). I was extremely disturbed to read the story of how he wanted to abort his second child, daughter Casey. If you want to really examine his psychosis, look into the history of his brother’s death. I think that has a lot to do with his present mental health problems.

Knowing VERY little about this story, and maybe he really does feel like a woman and wants to change, I’m skeptical of this story all around.

If he hadn’t been on a reality show for 5 years, and wasn’t promoting his new show where, guess what, he’s a woman, I might attribute more credibility to this.

Didn’t ben affleck and jlo pretend to get married/divorced, and surprise surprise, they had a movie they eventually promoted and released together???

How about Michael Jackson claimed to be sleeping in a hyperbaric chamber to promote his ‘weird’ image.

If s/he’s really found the true calling, good, but otherwise, I don’t wanna be a pawn in yet another promotional tour.

Again untrue. You know, you really should do at least some due diligence when you make statements that you represent as facts when in reality, are just your opinion. I mean didn’t you even watch his TV interview with Diane sawyer? He said he was unfair to the women he was involved with as he misrepresented his gender issue. He even said he apologized to them all for it.

whos argueing? and even if i was, why would this not be a place? i do have to ask you, why would you go by a google search instead of going to the actual source himself/herself? do you know how ridiculous that sounds?

            Eyes for Lies says:

I watched the Diane Sawyer interview and I didn’t hear him say anywhere he was unfair, but memory may be off. Can you post a link to the video and show us a time marker where he said that in the interview? That will end the debate politely 🙂

            Dancer kc says:

no i cant post a link to the video and marker on where he said it. I have it recorded on my DVD player at home. Anyway Its not important enough to me to try and offer you the proof, its just a celebrity interview. I have a real life to live. I dont troll on these sights as a norm. I just happen to appreciate Eyes for Lies and appropriately enough, felt a need to correct your inaccuracy on a site know for finding the truth. But I must go to work, then go home and cook for my family. Those are my prioritys. Good luck on your research, but you will need to find out the truth on your own.

In the future you shouldn’t make blanket statements as facts unless you can prove it.. It’s not up to us the reader to prove your statements for you. I’ve only ever heard excuses such as “I have a real life”, “It’s not my job to prove it to you” by people who know they are wrong.

          • Dancer kc
            Dancer kc says:

Excuses? Its called reality, dear! Wow! Its hard for me to understand that this could be so foreign
to you. For most people its called LIFE. And I didn’t know everyone who posts comments had to go to great lenghths to “prove” their comments to others. I stated where I saw the statement and about where in the video it was. I am suppose to find the video on line and some how post it on this site for you? You are kidding right? Since when did that become a requirement in posting? Who are you? The Comments authority? In the future perhaps YOU shouldn’t make blanket statements as to
comments requirements as you come off as both arrogant and frivolous. This isn’t a
court of law. And another thing, you shouldn’t assume that “people
know they are wrong”-so you are a mind reader as well? Why would someone
post something that they believe is wrong? What is the benefit of that? Also
this is 12 days old. AND was not a conversation with you. And you still feel it was necessary to add your “holier than thou” comments? LOL!
I swear, some people are so lucky to have so much useless time on their hands.
I am envious! I wish I had no idea about the real world of the rest of us that
have responsibilities and are dedicated to being productive citizens have
children to care for, husbands to back, jobs and volunteer work to manage,
parents to attend to, and focusing on life instead of being antagonistic to
strangers on matters that really have no true bearing on their life! May I suggest that you could use your time better to volunteer at your local Legal Aid Organization? I’m sure there are
people there who can benefit greatly from your need for facts. Now THAT would
be time well spent. Got to go-another full day-and I apologize if this offends
you, but I can promise you it is very normal for most of us! Really? Hahaha

Im sure that is very enriching to your soul! 🙂 #1 I am not making false statements. Like I said I saw it on TV and it is exactly what was said. #2 What was so outlandish? Please show me some type of factual information proving it was an outlandish statement. Can you prove to me that it was false? Show me the video and put the marker on it like I was asked to do please. If you want others to show proof, you will need to do the same. Show to us that my statement was false! Im waiting. Thanks so much! #3 When did I say that I axpect anyone to believe it? Please cut and paste the statement you are claiming I made that I EXPECT EVERYONE TO BELIEVE IT. Ill be waiting for that too. Thank you. #5- your name is Ima Catfish I see. Can you prove to me that you are indeed a Catfish? As you stated-“You can’t just go around making false claims as facts and then expect everyone to just accept it”. So thank you for providing us with this proof. #6- you stated “are you new to the internet????” Another one of your statements that oozes arrogance and how can I have any “tactics” like a seasoned pro if I am indeed “new to the internet”. Sounds much like an oxymoranic statement if I ever hear one. Sweetie, Ill be waiting.
