This is quite humorous: In USA Today, there is an article about Rod Blagojevich in federal court. Apparently, he has been making gestures and facial expressions that have caught the attention of the jury. The prosecution complained and a judge has ordered that Blago not do this.

I was surprised a judge could do this, are you?

Too funny! No laughing, now!
