Anthony Jury Ignored Casey’s Defense: Outrageous!

Having listened to Jennifer Ford and her arguments as to why Casey wasn’t convicted, I am in shock!  This jury was so boons-waggled with Baez red herrings, they couldn’t think straight! I am floored.

Ford, if you want my opinion, is clearly a staunch person with strong opinions.  She truly feels the prosecution had no case whatsoever except to show that Casey Anthony behaved badly.  We hear her give us one of the arguments that convinced this jury to vote to acquit, “If you are going to charge someone with murder, don’t you have to know how they killed someone or why they killed someone?”

That’s a fascinating question, and if I were on a jury, I would have retorted back equally staunch by saying show me the law that says that no motive, no known cause of death equals acquittal.  To me those elements have no involvement in our decision if Casey Anthony is involved.  Bear with me a minute.

Let’s listen to Casey Anthony’s defense.  This is paramount!!

We are all in agreement that she hired Jose Baez to give her side of the story, correct?  Her defense, what Casey wants us to believe, is that she was home with her dad when her daughter went into the pool and drowned. She wants us to believe that her dad found Caylee, and that she allowed him to take the body and do an elaborate cover up.  She willfully and intentionally went along with that cover up.  That is what the defense is telling us, correct?

Why would we disbelief this as a starting point? Is there any reason?  While I don’t necessarily believe this is the whole truth, this is Casey’s story. This is what she is confessing to at a minimum.   This should be the starting point of what she is guilty of…or she wouldn’t admit to some involvement, if she had none.

Next, if the prosecution argues that this was first or second degree murder, we can move up from there if we feel the evidence is substantial. I would argue that duct tape on the body supports that this was more than a simple drowning. Now we have Casey admitting involvement, and we have the duct tape found on the body… Where does that leave us?

Is there still reasonable doubt of her involvement?

This jury failed to think critically, to even listen to what Casey Anthony hired her attorney to tell the jurors directly.  How stunning!!!!!!!!!!!!

The fact that the jurors discounted what Casey said, that she admitted through her attorney that she was involved in an accident, is simply mind-blowing!!!!!
