Murder Suspect Winks at Judge
This is one weird and sad story. Jessica Smith is accusing of killing her 2-year old daughter and injuring her teenage daughter after which she fled leaving the children behind.
In the video above, Jessica smiles and winks at the judge.
This could be because she suffers from some form of mental illness, but we cannot rule out that she might want us to believe she is mentally ill as well.
Strange behavior to say the least.
Winking to me is nothing compared to killing a kid
And she did it to. Unlike Mrs Bender discussed earlier, I don’t see any doubt on her sanity or motive. She was just mad & wanted revenge on her husband. I can only hope her one way Ride on a speeding Rocket to a hot eternal torture comes fast.
What is strange to me is that the “winking” looks like a “tick,” while the smile…. well, that’s a weirdness of another color. The smiling and the voice seem like there is a detachment from reality and gravity of her position. The winking seems like it’s attached to “processing” conversation. Odd, that impression. Hmm.
She is not mentally stable, but I doubt she will get off on legal insanity. She was able to plan well enough to do all of the steps that she had planned, but didn’t manage to kill herself. As usual, the parent backs out when their time comes.
I think she definitely wanted to destroy the children’s dad, and she probably winked at the judge in order to say, “I am perfectly aware of what I am doing.” She is definitely trying to be charming, and I think she really thinks that she did the right thing. She thinks when all the truth comes out, everything will be clear to everyone else.Sick!
There’s a glimpse of disgust that showed up after faking that smile.
