Jodi Arias on the Stand Day 3

February 7, 2013/in murder/by Eyes for Lies

Jodi Arias is really talkative on the stand and appears to be having a good time.  She smiles as if she is sharing the secret to a patent she intelligently dreamed up.  You’d never guess by just watching her face that she is talking about a man who she killed in self-defense (no, I do not buy that!).

When I watch Jodi, I see a manipulative, self-adoring, deceptive and cunning person.  She has learned to display her demeanor in a way that people think she is a meek little mouse so she can pull of her scheming without notice.  Thankfully, one of Jodi’s ex-love interests has been on Dr. Drew sharing that Jodi is anything but meek and timid as she wants the jury to believe!  He is being completely honest.  Jodi?  Not at all.

People who play the meek mouse role often don’t realize they give themselves away with direct eye contact as Jodi does here. It’s flat out contradictory to her message, but clearly Jodi doesn’t realize this in her scheming.

Jodi shows many traits of a psychopath:  arrogance, self-adoration, supreme belief in her intelligence, lack of sexual boundaries, etc.

Jodi, if you want my opinion, LOVES talking about sex on the stand.  She loves the shock value of it and I think that is what makes her smile.  I think she has always been one who had no issues making other people uncomfortable.

Another well known trait of psychopathic liars is to blame others for what they themselves do and are blamed for. And here Jodi talks about an ex-girlfriend of Travis who was jealous–when likely she was recalling what people said about her.  I’ve seen this more times than I care to recount.

Mindy McCready and David Wilson

February 6, 2013/in murder/by Eyes for Lies

This is an interesting video of Mindy McCready, a country singer, whose fiance was found shot outside their lake home in Arkansas in mid-January. When I watch Mindy, I see oblique eyebrows and true sadness, but I am pinged by one element. And while that element is not enough for me to say anything conclusive, it is begging me to look at more.

Mindy allegedly called the police and said that David had tried to commit suicide with a self-inflicted gunshot, if I understand the story correctly, but in this video she doesn’t seem to stand by that. Now she acts like anything is possible.

And there could be other evidence that she knows about that we don’t which police may have uncovered, or they may not have. Without knowing, I don’t know if this is significant or not, so I want to see more!

Does anyone know if this has aired on Dateline yet or will air on Dateline?

Please keep me posted if Mindy speaks out again. Thanks.

Jodi Arias Take the Stand

February 5, 2013/1 Comment/in 48 Hours, murder/by Eyes for Lies

To the surprise of many people, Jodi Arias took the stand in the murder trial of Travis Alexander yesterday.

We see a cold, calculating and manipulative woman playing the jury when we watch her talk.  She’s answer the questions looking straight at the jurors–hoping to convince them by the old myth of “direct eye contact” that she is being honest.  It’s going to backfire on her, if you ask me. I suspect the jurors will feel it is contrived and fake–playing to them to score points.

Jodi is a steely woman, and what many would call an “ice queen”–the typical traits of a psychopath.

Her soft near whisper demeanor is a weapon in her tool box as is her “innocent” and “frail” looks.  If you notice Jodi is wearing a short sleeve shirt to show off her small stature. She is hoping to convince a jury that she killed in self-defense, but if you know anything about this story, you will find that laughable.

When Jodi first killed Travis, she denied any involvement at all.  She told police she wasn’t at the scene.  Then when police confronted Jodi with evidence that she was at the scene (nude photos being one), she then tried to tell the police that two masked gunman broke into Travis’ house in the middle of the day and they simply killed him and left her go free. Her story was full of holes than as well–the biggest being a lack of supportive emotions–which I suspect we will continue to see as she tells her latest story.

But when Jodi found out she could get the death penalty, all of the sudden her latest story emgered:  she killed Travis in self-dense.  Yeah, she just happened to grab a gun and a knife in 50 seconds WHILE BEING ATTACKED (photos show the timeline) and killed him. I don’t think anyone will buy it.   This should not be the Case Anthony trial of the year.

Jodi Arias is chillingly void of emotions.  She has them for herself, but no one else and trying to convince people that she was so scared for her life that she killed Travis will be entertaining to watch.

I can’t wait for the cross-examination. That’s when we’ll get to see this manipulator at her best!  Will she crack under pressure when she feels her life is on the line?  Will she be able to show any emotions at all?  That’s what I’m looking forward to.

 Stay tuned…

Jury Voted to Indicts Ramseys: DA Refused

January 30, 2013/in murder/by Eyes for Lies

I had no idea that a D.A. could reject a grand jury indictment.  This absolutely blows my mind!  You would think that when multiple minds see something, the mind of one should not be allowed to overrule it, wouldn’t you?  It seems like a protection in the system to prevent payoffs and manipulation.

While I see in this news report that this made the news in Boulder, Colorado, did you ever hear about this?  I certainly didn’t. Did it ever made it on the national scale, or did I miss it? I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Do you believe the Ramseys were truthful?

I have not believed the Ramseys from day one.

By the way, did you catch Anderson Copper yesterday?  On his show he said that John Ramsey was dead. I think the meant to say John Ramsey’s attorney was dead. Oops.

John McAfee on Dateline

Did you catch Dateline this past weekend?  They aired the full story of John McAfee and it was absolutely fascinating.  I think for a lot of people John McAfee is a hard read, though his behavior of disappearing after a murder is highly suspicious to anyone.

John is someone I would characterize as genius–bordering on crazy-genius, if you know what I mean.  He is super intelligent to the point you wonder if his intelligence will cause him to go over the edge. He comes mighty close without question.

When John tells Dateline that he didn’t up and leave because he thought Gregory Faull killed his dogs, but because he thought the government did and that they were out to get him, I didn’t buy it for an instant.

John lacked the conviction in his words and his responses back to Dateline–when he was told Greg Faull said he was going to kill McAfee’s dogs–were squarely out of line for someone who is truly uninvolved.  His responses raised huge red flags to me.

I don’t doubt for an instant that John was paranoid about the Belize government–not for a second, but it wasn’t what culminated on this night.  I suspect John is clever enough to mix partial truths with lies to be better believed. It’s just my two cents.

Why do I think John may have been paranoid with the government?  Pure and simple:  MDPV (otherwise known as bath salts).  John posted on the web, according to Dateline, about this drug and interestingly, Dateline said that John was investigated for a meth lab by the Belize government.  I don’t suspect he had a meth lab. I suspect he had an MDPV lab, and this lab, which was not illegal in Belize, may have caused problems between him and government. I suspect John became a nuisance and was not highly regarded like he once was with government officials.

Of course, John says his conversations on Bluelight message board about MDPV were just a joke–another element that John story that I am not buying.

I suspect John experimented with MDPV and suffered from serious paranoia during the times he experimented with it (which WIRED magazine talked about), and he combines the truth of one story and implicates it in another.

What John did to get out of Belize and into the U.S. shows this man is quick on his feet–so quick that if you don’t watch him, he’ll vanish.  He’ll be one step ahead of most of us and he knows it.

I think Greg Faull was one awful human being to do what he did to John’s dogs. It seems both men took the law into their own hands, its just one paid a much higher price than the other.
